our mission lilliput exists to ensure every child has the opportunity to be part of a safe, nurturing, lifelong family. our core values we are 100% child and family-focused. our team works tirelessly every day with one urgent goal in mind: that every child needs and deserves a family. we are dedicated with partnership. we know our commitment alone is not enough to provide hope and healing to the thousands of abandoned, abused and neglected children in our communities. we rely on strong collaborations. our ability to build and sustain robust public and private partnerships is a key to our success. we won’t stop until every child has a committed family. we take pride in our accomplishments. however, there are still far too many children entering and lingering in foster care for us to take a break. even one child aging out of foster care, alone and disconnected from the support and love of family, is too many. we will continue to focus on prevention and early intervention strategies to help children become a part of families as early and timely as possible. we are problem-solvers and innovators. we are not okay with the status quo; never have been and never will be. from inception, we have forged the way in developing best-practice strategies that lead to positive outcomes for the children and families we serve. our approaches are different, and so are our results. our focus on quality attracts the best. we know great service can only be achieved with great people. our team of bright and talented professionals is committed to ensuring every life we touch is changed for the better. expect accountability. we are driven to continuously improve. we apply evidence-informed practices and evaluate their effectiveness. we aim high, and we learn from our successes and failures. our integrity keeps us honest, and our resilience keeps us evolving.
