started by steve l. anderson (phd, mba_ in 2001, ils has always focused on developing the emotional intelligence of the leaders of the companies it works with. our philosophy is that businesses with emotionally intelligent leaders are successful businesses. apparently, this philosophy works, because other than some setbacks provided by covid, we have grown steadily since our inception. our brand continues to represent excellence and transformation. with over twenty years in business, we now have experience helping hundreds of companies as far away as indonesia, transform themselves into more sustainable, profitable, people-friendly organizations. everything we do at ils is based upon personal transformation through cognitive-behavioral psychology. consulting - ils consulting offers multiple layers of insight into an organization's culture by working with both teams and individuals. we work one-on-one with leaders and hold team meetings to reinforce necessary changes through continuous feedback. coaching - in executive coaching, we teach leaders and managers, one-on-one, to better manage stress, become more assertive and competent, mentor others, and fine-tune leadership and management skills. training - ils offers training and workshops on or off-site, for executive leaders and emerging managers. the trainings are customized to our clients. our facilitated training style gives teams the opportunity to process what happens in the workplace and use new strategies to help them navigate specific situations.
